Ann Howard from ECHO, Development Director
In 2011, Ann came to ECHO from Citizen Schools, where she served as the Director of Development. At Citizen Schools she led the state-wide funding efforts of this national organization to support programs in Austin and Houston, established and nurtured partnerships with foundations and corporations, developed an Austin advisory board, and successfully increased giving by 22% in eleven months. Prior to development work, Ann held numerous volunteer leadership positions with Any Baby Can, St. Martin's Lutheran Church, Murchison Middle School PTA and the University of Texas.

ECHO:
Ending Community Homelessness Coalition (ECHO) is dedicated to planning, prioritizing, and developing strategies to end homelessness in Austin, TX. The overall role of the ECHO is to identify specific strategies and to oversee ongoing planning efforts and implementation of the plan to end chronic homelessness.

Christa Noland, Executive Director
Christa joined Green Doors as Deputy Director in August 2008. Christa has worked for 20 years in the non-profit field in the areas of administration, programs and development. Prior to joining Green Doors, Christa served as a Regional Director for the Hispanic Scholarship Fund. Christa previously served for over seven years as the Director of Programs and Director of Development for Twin City Mission, a regional non-profit social service agency serving individuals who are homeless, abused or in high-risk situations. A few of her professional accomplishments include: building the first homeless-specific tax-credit apartment complex in the nation, obtaining $2 million in new state funding for the statewide expansion of an educational outreach program, and receiving a national award for a news interview.

Green Doors:
Green Doors' mission is to prevent and help end homelessness and poverty housing for those working to achieve independent living in Central Texas. Green Doors accomplishes this by: creating affordable, safe, quality housing; providing residents with access to supportive services; and educating about, and advocating for, individuals and families struggling with homelessness and at-risk for homelessness.
