Épicerie’s own cheesemonger Dan Largess and Abita Brewing's Hunter Roberts are collaborating on a cheese pairing class this month! Dan will guide guests through the pairing process and tasting profiles of each cheese and the accompanying beer. Five cheeses from Europe and America will accompany five unique beers from the Louisiana brewery with experts on hand to answer any questions and curate a unique tasting experience.
