What does it mean to "feel" in your yoga practice? Are you confused when your teacher tells you to "feel" your hips or heart or whatever else? "Feeling" your own body internally in asana is a skill that we practice in every Forrest yoga class, and it is a way to get into deeper opening and healing that is possible through your yoga practice. "Feeling" can happen on a wide scale of intensity--we often ignore the softer sensations or numb out pain but there is wisdom in feeling both.
