June 20 marks the first official day of Austin’s notoriously balmy summers, so we're celebrating a day early! Beat the heat and celebrate the start of the season all at once with Isla at our First Day of Summer Pig Roast.

The team at Isla is roasting up a Lechona - a traditional Columbian roasted pig serving during the holidays. Stuffed with fragrant saffron rice, yellow peas and marinated pork, the Lechona is placed in the oven for a slow roast lasting four to five hours. Once ready, the pig is served with cracklins.

You can wash down all that delicous pork with The Mouth of a Sailor, a special featured cocktail from Miguel made with Sailor Jerry Rum, allspice dram, honey and lime, served over ice.

The pig is complimentary until it runs out!! So get there early to ensure you get your fill.
