Join us Saturday, April 25 at 9:00a for a fun, yet challenging workout for ALL!


The morning will begin with an introduction from our coaches, followed by a dynamic warm-up to prepare your bodies for the workout ahead and an explanation of the WOD (workout of the day).

Don't worry if you've never done CrossFit...the WOD is fully modifiable and scalable to meet you where you are and our coaches are more than able to assist your needs. This is a perfect opportunity to discover what the CrossFit buzz is all about!

This event is FREE to all, so grab a friend, family member or even co-worker and come by for a fun morning! We simply ask that non-members let us know that you're coming at
