What is acro yoga?
Acro-Yoga takes the balance, flexibility, and strength of an individual yoga practice and builds into it the dynamic movement of acrobatics. "Playing acro" involves two people, a base and flyer, that work together to create shapes and patterns through movement.

What you will learn?
In this class you will learn body awareness, cultivate trust, build strength, and use therapuedic stretches to open and restore the body. This beginner class will teach you how to fly safely, protect yourself in a fall, and the fundamentals of acro yoga.

What you need to bring?
Your fabulous self! (no mat required. We got you covered ;)

Level: Beginner, no experience required
