These versatile fitness props help strengthen all of your upper body's "rotators" (think shoulders, elbows, wrists) in ways that aren't possible through traditional linear movement. This is an excellent class for anyone involved in request sports or who wants to increase upper body mobility and power. Class size is limited to 6 and you get your own pair of clubs!
