A mala is a set of beads that is used so that one can focus on the meaning or sound of a mantra. Join Kori Jones for this arts and crafty workshop. In the first hour of this workshop participants will create their own mala and design a personal mantra or affirmation practice to aid in developing mindfulness. The second half of this workshop Kori will guide you though a moving meditation yoga sequence to support one's intention and purpose. Advanced sign up is required so we have enough materials for all!

Meet Kori
Kori completed her 200hr RYT with Gioconda Parker and has been practicing yoga and incorporating it in her life for over a decade. She specializes as a "Relax and Renew" trainer and is certified with the "Warriors at Ease" program using yoga a tool for military related trauma.
