Alex Manley is bringing her boiled and wood-fire-oven-baked bagels to Small Victory for a pop-up featuring cured and smoked fish compliments of Lamberts and housemade cream cheese schmears. And it's happy hour all day at the bar if you want a drink to wash it down.
