Mid Spring Ritual In The Park

The Druids of HearthStone Protogrove invite one and all to join us in the park among the nature spirits and newly sprung green things. We will be celebrating the mid-point of the season with a Celtic NeoDruid ritual, potluck, chanting, games, and merriment. So, come spend the day with your bare feet in the grass, honoring nature, and building community bonds. Date: March 22nd Time: 1:00pm Ritual: 1:30pm Potluck: 2:30pm Location: Zilker Park Polo Tables (2300 Andrew Zilker, Austin, TX 78746) HearthStone’s rituals are public and you nor your guests must be Druid or even Pagan to attend. We will do our best to answer any questions about our Druidry and/or Paganism. We will not tolerate disruptive behavior or discrimination and anyone engaging in either will be asked to leave. This is a free family friendly event. We only ask that you bring something for the potluck if you are planning on participating in the feast. FEAST: We will only have access to bbq pits at this venue. This will be a potluck style feast and Hearthstone will be providing meat, sweet and unsweet tea. Please post the food/item(s) you are bringing on the event wall. Current list of potluck items: Nothing at this time. RITUAL: In ritual we will be honoring Aengus mac og as the deity of the occasion. There will a time for everyone to individually call and give offering to patron deities, passed loved ones, spirit guides, etc. (Need not be Celtic) A communal bottle of wine will be available for offerings but you may offer something prepared ahead of time if you wish. WHAT TO WEAR: Most are in casual dress but ritual garb, robes, cloaks, etc. are welcomed.
