Have you been curious about mindfulness meditation? Are you struggling to keep your current practice inspired or still trying to establish your home practice?

Join me in this six week series to rediscover or learn the benefits and techniques of this profound practice with the sweetness and support of community.

During our time together, we will explore both Shamatha and Vipassana methods. We will learn how to strengthen our capacity for ease, focus and clarity and use this for insight into deeper held wisdoms. We will traverse the four foundations of mindfulness: physical, emotional, intellectual being and the environment. Through slow and thorough examination of the self and the nature of life, we will begin to better understand who and how we are today and how to carry forward with a greater quality of kindness, clarity and freedom.

Each class will include discussion, gentle movement and/or pranayama leading into guided meditation and opportunity to share and reflect.
