New Perspectives On Printmaking Reception!

Artists Featured: Cathy Savage Paula Cox Jesus De La Rosa Michael Barnes Ericka Walker Samantha Parker Salazar ART on 5th is pleased to present New Perspectives in Printmaking, a group exhibition of six fine art print-makers. The exhibition will run from Monday, January 19th through Saturday, February 14th with a reception on Saturday, January 31st from 7-9pm. Featuring over thirty prints from six fine art print-makers, Michael Barnes, Paula Cox, Jesus De La Rosa, Samantha Parker Salazar, Cathy Savage, and Ericka Walker, the show reveals how each artist pushes the limits of printmaking. New Perspectives in Printmaking is a unique opportunity for ART on 5th to participate in the annual city-wide event PrintAustin. PrintAustin is a month-long event, running from Thursday, January 15th through Sunday, February 15th. It celebrates the art of original printmaking, educating the public about the traditions of printmaking as well as showcasing the innovations of the contemporary approach.
