It's true! OMing takes on an entirely different experience when you are OMing regularly. You feel more from each OM. You build on each OM. You get more comfortable getting into position. You have an ease at asking for OM's. You begin to feel like you know what the heck you're doing (this may be the most important thing).
We want you to OM more.
We want you to have people to OM with.
We want you to have access to other OMers.
During the OM Day we dive deep in to the practice and infuse with Orgasm. (with the help of Master OM trainers & other excited OMers)
The OM Day schedule will include OMs, mindful movement, group discussion on the practice, and community announcements.
