This class is for you!

We will read and discuss the book that revolutionized my own meditation practice and helped me to become a happier person and a better healer. Together, we will practice meditation each Week and we will have personal meditation goals to practice at home. Each person in the class will have a check in partner for support between meetings and there will be optional online meditation meetups between sessions.

It takes 28 days to create a new habit. We will support each other to grow our meditation habits during this month long class while reading and learning a deeper understanding of how meditation works, how to do it and that you really are doing well enough as long as you show up.
