Wanna learn more about how lactate testing, VO2 max, and exercise economy are tested and used to guide training? Fitness Institute of Texas director and exercise physiology guru Phil Stanforth will discuss how these tests are done in the lab and their relevance to runners and triathletes of all levels. We will have a group run (all levels welcome) leaving at 5:30 from RunLab for those of you that would like to join us for a run prior to the presentation.
