Leave it to these two to take your fitness up a notch - Pilates style!! During this 1 hour workshop, Stephanie and Deborah will tag team teach an interval workout that will make your heart thump and body burn. With over 20 years of combined experience, these ladies aren't afraid to motivate you to a taller, leaner, more balanced physique. BONUS ALERT: Small group size and two sets of eyes will insure YOU keep focus on your form.
While this workout will allow you to reach intensity without injury only INTERMEDIATE level Pilates students with injury free bodies should attend. Come prepared to train SMART and HARD!
