R.A.W.(Realize An Authentic World) New Advanced Ar Class

Authentic Relaters! I’m pleased to announce the launch of an advanced Authentic Relating course called R.A.W. (Realizing an Authentic World) This course is designed to hone your ability to speak with ownership and allow greater depths of vulnerability. Have you ever felt cut off from someone because you don’t know how to communicate what you’re experiencing? Have you ever heard someone say, “I feel like you’re judging me,” and felt confused about how to receive it - as though you're being told a feeling, but it seems like an attack? I have often noticed that owning my experience cuts down on confusion. Confusion seems to be one of the major deterrents to vulnerability. When I'm trying to interpret what you say, I'm not being fully present with who you are. When I'm trying to interpret my own feelings, I'm not being fully present with me. Speaking only from what is objectively true for us can allow us to delve into greater depths of vulnerability, permeability, insight, and relationship. In the first half of the class, we'll be exploring how to cleanly own our experience, and what can become possible when we do. In the second half, we will be taking our new ownership skills and delving into the topic of “withholds”. Withholds are things that are true for us that we often chose not to share because we either: A) Don’t want to hurt the person that sparked the experience. B) Don’t want to be hurt by the person's reaction after we share our experience. Imagine you are a frame holding a million doors. The life that you feel is the doors that are open. Every time that you have a withhold with someone or something that you are in relation to, a door closes, and I think you feel your life less when it does. Vulnerability can never be fully safe, but it holds massive potential to increase intimacy in every moment of life. I imagine I can empower you to learn how to reclaim those true parts of yourself that have felt unwelcome in your world. Come join me for a group dive into rawness. We’ll go together, and prove to ourselves more and more that everything inside is beautiful and waiting to come home. This is an 8 week class, on Wednesdays, and the investment for each class is $15. Participants must commit to attending 7 of the weeks.
