Rapha Women's 100 Training Rides says
Join us for our first Women's 100 training ride! This is the first ride out of seven building up to the Rapha Women's 100 event on Sunday, July 26th.

These rides are for new and seasoned riders alike. They are for you to become familiar with riding in a group as well as the roads we'll be on for the event. Come to meet other rad lady cyclists, gain insight and challenge yourself with longer distances in the saddle.

Each ride will build up our mileage to our full 100k (62 miles). Feel free to come to all or any of these training rides.

A bike in good working condition, helmet, water bottle and flat kit are required. A set of lights for evening training rides is also required.

Road bikes, riding apparel and nutrition are encouraged!

Sunday, April 19th, rolling @ 8:30AM for 20-25 miles
Tuesday, May 12th, rolling @ 6:00PM for 25-30 miles
Sunday, May 31st, rolling @ 8:30AM for 35-40 miles
Tuesday, June 9th, rolling @ 6:00PM for 45-50 miles
Sunday, June 28th, rolling @ 8:30AM for 50-55 miles
Tuesday, July 7th, rolling @ 6:00PM for 50-55 miles
Sunday, July 19th, rolling @ 8:30AM for 62 miles (full route)
