Educational Wine Tasting with Mark Rashap, CWE

It’s that time of year when we start seeing the rosés from the newly-released vintage of the great regions in the Northern Hemisphere. 2015 was an excellent vintage in most wine-producing regions, and rosé, simply put, is wine somewhere between red and white. It has the potential to show off intense flavors, delicate aromas, and bridge the pairing gap between fish and meat. We’ll taste through a diverse lineup of rosés made from different grape varitials and regions with totally different production methods. From California to Champagne, you’ll get to understand the range and potential!

Tasting includes flight of wines and charcuterie from Salt & Time. Due to the popularity of these tastings, we offer two seatings.
