At the age of 11, she won the Mississippi State Fiddle Championship and went on to win numerous contests all over the South.

Ruby Jane moved to Austin, TX in Sept. 2007 and since then she has opened for/toured with Willie Nelson, Blues Traveler, ZZ Top, Sheryl Crow, Drake Bell, Lyle Lovett, Local Natives, Big and Rich, and many more, as well as playing Lollapalooza and Austin City Limits Music Festival with her own band. She now resides in Austin, TX and tours nationally.

Ruby Jane's unique style blends rock, folk, jazz, and funk into an exciting and stunning amalgamation of sounds.
She recently took the stage at SXSW with Lady Gaga and worked with musical director Michael Bearden (known for Michael Jackson's "This Is It" tour among others). Her latest CD, "Celebrity: Empire of Emptiness" was released in June 2012. MAJOR MAJOR MAJOR will be performing the fifth studio album by English musician David Bowie (Official), which is loosely based on a story of a fictional rock star named Ziggy Stardust.

The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders From Mars has been consistently considered one of the greatest albums of all time, with Rolling Stone magazine ranking it the 35th greatest ever. It was ranked the 20th greatest album ever in a 1997 British survey, the 24th greatest of all time by Q magazine and one of the 100 greatest releases ever by Time magazine.

Known for their raucous party tunes and incredibly sweaty tights, MAJOR MAJOR MAJOR brings something unique to the world of two-piece rock outfits. Simultaneously raw and refined, their songs power through caveman style drumming and infectious hooks. Drummer, Andrew Torrey and guitarist/vocalist Adrian Sebastian, have been strutting their stuff in the local Austin scene for the past three years. Whether playing at a house party or venue, the Austin duo ignite each crowd into an uncontrollable frenzy.
