Simple Yoga Therapy For Back Care says
Whether you’re a new student, yoga teacher, professional athlete or weekend warrior, 70–85% of us will experience at least one episode of back pain in our lives.

Join Lilith Bailey-Kroll in a weekend event that will provide the tools you need to care for your back. With over a decade of experience in Yoga Therapy, Lilith presents information straightforward and to the point. From her classes, you quickly learn that what we practice is not necessarily important, but how we practice is the actual key to creating a healthy back.

Simple Yoga Therapy for Back Care
Saturday 10:30 - 1:30 and 3:00-6:00
Sunday 12:30- 3:30
In this program we’ll dig into the anatomy of the spine, and examine the primary muscles involved in back care to strengthen what is weak, balance what is asymmetrical, release areas that are chronically tight, and build mind/body awareness. Learn and experience techniques to lengthen constricted or stiff muscles and strengthen core underutilized postural muscles. Explore common poses that can be used therapeutically for back care and sequencing options to restore balance.

Studying with Lilith is interactive, with discussion, observing various bodies and testing what you’ve learned.

This weekend is equally useful to those who have struggled with back pain or injury, those who are interested in refining their practice and injury prevention and teachers who work with students in either or both of these categories.

FULL WEEKEND: $175 ($195 after Dec 8)
