In this series you will learn the classical intermediate reformer flow, the way Joseph Pilates created! In order to truly flow on the reformer, you must be well informed as to what the exercises are, how to properly execute them, and how to adjust your machine quickly with little instructor queuing. You will learn ALL of these things in this series. This series is perfect for the adventurous Pilates student that is injury free.
