Oyster Mushroom "Crab" Cakes with Sriracha Tartar Sauce

Romaine Wedge Salad with Creamy "Buttermilk" Dressing, Heirloom Tomatoes, Smoked Shiitakes and Bleu Cashew Cheese

"Meet, Tempeh and Potatoes": Red Wine Braised Tempeh, Steak Sauce, Salt Poached Fingerling Potatoes, Sour Cream, Creamed Greens, Pickled and Crispy Onions

Cultured Cashew Cheesecake with Buckwheat Graham Crust, Smoky Blackberry Sauce, Lemon Curd and Glass

$40 cash per person at the door (includes gratuity)
All vegan, all gluten-free (gf bread available upon request w/ reservation), all scratch made, as organic as possible
BYOB - fluoride-free filtered water, glasses and bottle openers provided
