Stefan Merrill Block

This Texas-bred (Brooklyn-based) writer won the best first fiction award for his debut novel, The Story of Forgetting, at the Rome International Festival of Literature. Block will read from his latest, Oliver Loving, which tells the story of a West Texas family in crisis, a town torn apart and a boy in a coma at the center of it all.
