Working alongside a master stone setter, use pre-made settings to learn the most commonly used styles of setting in jewelry including flush or surface setting faceted stones, tube setting and prong set a round stone. Discover how to incorporate these types of settings in your own work. Bring in pieces you are working on to discuss practical ways to incorporate gemstones and practice on your own work.
