Support Finley Fawn: Sex Workers Rights Are Human Rights says
Come out to MonkeyWrench Books on May 28th to support Finley Fawn & Sex Workers Rights.

You can read the entire story here:

Finley is currently embroiled in a custody battle with her ex who is using her legal, taxed job as a cam model as leverage against her in the discrimatory judicial system. Unfortunately this is going to a long and expensive case, six figures. The only way for Finley to get her son back is by continuing the fight and she needs all the support she can get. The court granted her ex temporary sole custody and gave Finley very little visitation with her son after only hearing her ex's testimoney and his hearsay evidence. The judge clearly had a moral objection to Finley's job and imposed her moral opposition on Finley in court. Now an innocent 6 year old boy is being hurt emotionally because of the injustice.

This event is free but there will be a table for donations (cash & credit/debit cards) and there will be patches, pins, a zine, and a computer with the blog & fundraiser up so you can read about the case or donate to the fundraiser.

This isn't just about Finley, it's about all sex workers, especially sex workers who are parents. Sex workers rights = human rights. Finley will be taking on the court to not only get her son back, but she will be continuing the fight for the rights of sex workers, and especially sex workers who are also parents, by starting an organization once this case is over to help sex worker parents with resources, case files, SW-friendly attorneys by state & country, and a fund to help others financially. All donations collected to help in Finley's case will be re-distributed to other sex worker organizations and the organization that Finley will be starting when she wins this case.

Come out and show your support for Finley and the rights of sex workers! There will be readings and a talk by Finley (others are welcome and encouraged to read or perform a piece), music, and talk about the blatant discrimination in the judicial system and what we can do to change it.

Thank you for your support! Looking forward to seeing you there!
