Swift's Attic 2015 Alaskan Seafood Dinner Benefiting Operation Turkey says
Join us on the evening of August 9th for a fine dining experience benefiting Austin’s own Operation Turkey. Dinner will be served family style with a bottle of wine at each table at 6pm with a cocktail hour starting at 5pm. This event comes on the cusp of an Alaskan fishing adventure where 2 of Operation Turkey’s leaders will personally source fresh seafood for the event. Swift’s renowned chef, Zach Northcutt, will proudly prepare a one of a kind meal for our guests to enjoy.

This unique experience will be limited to the first 100 people at $100 a plate with all of the proceeds benefiting Operation Turkey.

All seafood served at the event will be flown from Ketchikan, Alaska directly to Austin Texas. The main course will include a variety of wild-caught halibut and salmon. Known as the “Salmon Capital of the World”, Ketchikan always delivers unparalleled quality seafood.

Operation Turkey

Each Thanksgiving, thousands in need are able to receive a hot meal, warm clothes, and other needed supplies through the efforts of Operation Turkey volunteers. In 2014, Operation Turkey prepared, cooked, packaged and distributed over 17,000 meals in 5 official cities within Texas and 1 in Colorado with expansion plans for 6 new locations in 2015.

As a volunteer ran non-profit, Operation Turkey relies solely on a generous community of volunteers joining together at Thanksgiving to help others. It's a simple way of giving back to our community, an effort that makes a real difference, and a tremendously rewarding way to share the spirit of Thanksgiving.
