Get a first look at our beloved little cellar and the beautiful ranch Texas Keeper calls home. Take a tour of the cidery (that will only take about 3 minutes as it is very small), check out the future tasting room, stroll the grounds with a glass of cider, enjoy some great music, and hunker down to a homemade pork roast dinner.
Jeremy Barnwell of Barnison Farms will be slow roasting a whole hog over an open fire. This humanely raised and locally sourced pork will be served with BBQ sauce, handmade sauerkraut, potato salad, and beans. Ingredients are organic and sourced locally from the great folks out at: Barnison Farm, Harvest House, Johnson's Backyard Garden, and Phoenix Farms.
Tickets are $50 per adult; $15 per kid dinner (kiddos are free if they just eat mushy peas and whatnot)
Tickets include:
- 3 glasses of Texas Keeper Cider
- A lovely pork roast dinner
- Live music from local bands David Diers and the #910 Train, and Run of the Mill
- Souvenir glass
- Oh, and lawn games - everybody loves lawn games!
