Texas Keeper Cider says
Come out to the Cidery for the release of our new cider, Grafter Rosé, and to support Green Gate Farms!

Grafter Rosé is our first in a new series of ciders blending or co-fermenting heirloom apples with Texas wine grapes. Grafter Rosé is predominately made from an old heirloom apple called Rome Beauty and blended with a small amount of Texas Tempranillo. The final result is a beautifully rounded, unfiltered, slightly effervescent cider with notes of strawberries and cream, with a hint of green apple and a silky finish.

Nothing is better on a Texas summer's day than a cold glass of rosé, and nothing goes better with rosés than BRISKET! Tony Grasso of Moontower Co-op and Native Family will be smoking brisket and providing a variety of farm-fresh sides and other delectables to accompany. Vegetarians and gluten-free folks can also partake, and there'll be cobbler and gluten-free brownies for dessert!

The produce and brisket will all come from Central Texas farms, with a particular focus on sourcing ingredients from farms hit hardest by the recent Memorial Day floods.

10% of ticket purchases will also go to support Green Gate Farms and their New Farm Institute.
