Independence Brewing Co. is collaborating with the 1886 Cafe and Bakery at the Driskill Hotel for a four-course dinner paired with four beers. The third course, bacon-wrapped meatloaf, is served with a bourbon peach glaze, smoked cheddar grits, roasted baby farm vegetables, and the brewery's American barley wine. And the dessert beer? American IPA. Reservations are required and seating is limited.
