The F Ive Elements: Becoming A Mesa Carrier

Christina Allen, Owner and Director of the Austin Shamanic Center, uses her background in physics, neuroscience, yoga and shamanism to take you on a transformational journey of heart, mind and soul. The Five Elements series starts again this March 5 with the Earth Element. Build a traditional Q'ero medicine bundle (mesa) as you align with the Five Elements through the Sacred Spiral of Creation. This is an experiential journey of five intensive 3-day workshops that call each of us to wake up to our soul's purpose. We go to the core of the old stories, Karma, beliefs and shadows keeping us from being authentic and self referencing.
