To celebrate Black History Month we will host a candid discussion with prominent Austinites about the State of Black Austin in 2015.
We will discuss a myriad of topics surrounding criminal justice reform, economic empowerment, African American family structures, mentorship, navigating the local political arena and our image in the media. The purpose of this facilitated dialogue is to address pressing issues in the African American community and to move closer toward victory as a people in the greatest city in the world.
