Every Austinite down in Austin
Liked Christmas a lot...
But without snow or cold weather
Whoville, it was not.
To remedy this lack
Of real Christmas cheer
Door No. 4 has brought Whoville here.
We’ve partnered with the Grinch
To bring you a feast
Complete with Who-pudding
And rare Who-roast-beast.
So put on your best Who-suits
And twirl up your hair
Let’s welcome Christmas
With true Who-ville flair!

This holiday season, join Door No. 4 for an immersive, pop-up dining experience inspired by Dr. Seuss’ How the Grinch Stole Christmas!

Guests will feast on a delectable four-course meal while also enjoying an evening of interactive theater, live music and elaborate set design. Leave behind the Austin doldrums and step into our Who-ville winter wonderland complete with bingle-balls and fuzzle-fuz, with who-foo-fluff and wuzzle-wuz. The Grinch will be your esteemed host for the evening; he will regale you with stories, lead you in Who-games, and if you are lucky, he might even carve the Roast Beast!

Dinner Ticket: $75 (includes 4-course meal, 2 drink tickets, and entertainment)
Family Lunch Ticket: $30 (includes 3-course meal, non-alcoholic beverages, and entertainment)

1st Course
Frisée salad with bacon lardons and warm bacon fat vinaigrette, topped with a breaded six minute egg, garnished with chile threads and green onion grass

2nd Course
Ratatouille stack dressed in a rich tomato sauce and topped with a toasted ravioli flag

3rd Course
Rare Who-Roast-Beast
Roast dry brined bone in pork butt, whole roast Cornish game hens, and roasted stuffed portobello
mushrooms served family style with warm cabbage salad, coronation pickles, crusty bread,
mustardsauce, mushroom Demi, and sauce chasseur

4th Course
Tiered bread pudding three ways; vanilla cinnamon, fruit cake, and spice cake served with warm rum raisin

1st Course
Garden salad with cucumber, carrot, red onions and fresh herbs served with creamy dill or herbed lemon

2nd Course
Rare Who-Roast-Beast
Whole roasted chicken and fried chicken pieces served with German potato salad, five cheese mac and
cheese, vinegar slaw, and warm rolls

3rd Course
Tiered bread pudding three ways; vanilla cinnamon, fruit cake, and spice cake served with warm brown
