Treasure City Thrift, The House of Shakur, and Queer Qumbia en Tejas are teaming up this year to bring you: "Future Sonidos" a punk day-show that will center music by People of Color.

Future Sonidos is a collaborative event between two Austin-based qtpoc art collectives, The House of Shakur and Queer Qumbia en Tejas. This relationship was created out of a desire to honor and acknowledge the work both groups have accomplished individually, and to explore the artistic possibilities of collective conspiracy. Noting this kind of collaboration between Black and Brown queer collectives is important because it is a rare coalition that is often not well documented and in fact intentionally erased from our histories
Accessibility info: Treasure City Thrift is accessible to folks who use a wheelchair. There is one ramp that leads to the front door.
Smoking area: Treasure City Thrift will have a designated "smoking area" during this event to keep the space as accessible as possible.

Bathroom info: There is one bathroom that will be available to guests, it is accessible to folks who use a wheelchair. It is a single stall, non-gendered bathroom.
Parking/transportation information: There is street parking is available along Robert T Martinez and surrounding blocks. Please do not park in front of Bread Basket, they will tow your car. There are also several bus lines that run very close to Treasure CIty. Bus fares are $1.25/one way.
