Wednesday Acro Open Practice

Are you looking for a focused training environment where you can elevate your Acro practice with good people? Join us every Wednesday Night in January from 8-10pm for Acro Open Practice at Eastside Austin Elite, where the floors are padded, the ceilings are high, and the air is thick with excellence. As we gear up for AcroGasm ATX, and the overall ability of the Austin Acro Community grows, it's time for a safe & contained alternative to the traditional class/jam/private lesson model. It's time for Acro Open Practice. We'll warm up & warm down together with acrobatic calibrations & conditioning. What you do with the rest of the time is up to you. We suggest you use it getting good ;) + PRE-REQS + - Coachability & willingness to play well with others - Semi-regular to regular Acro practice - Proficiency in the following poses... ... Bird / Rev Bird / Back Bird ... Throne ... Shoulderstand ... Star ... Side Star ... Foot 2 Hand / Rev Foot 2 Hand ... 1/2-high & 2-high Partner strongly suggested, though not required.
