Wunderbar – An Exclusive Lunch With The Germans

Germans are known for a lot of things, but our food being light and good to eat before dancing is not one of them. Brats, Sauerkraut and Schnitzel, heavy German home cooking, are usually the first things that come to mind. Our Wunderbar-lunch will prove there’s more to German cuisine than that. We’re inviting both German and international businesses to visit us at the "German Haus" for our networking-event "Wunderbar – an exclusive lunch with the Germans", hosted by Initiative Musik, on the sixth and final day of the "German Haus". "Fabi+Rosi", a renowned German restaurant in Austin, has come up with a three-course meal, that will showcase the variety of German cuisine – it’s just as diverse as German music. Salmon tartare, Pilzstrudel and Apfelstreusel will be served, just to name a few. And what’s the only thing better than a good meal? A good meal with good music, of course! Three DJs from Germany will provide the perfect soundtrack for networking and chatting. And dancing! In short: Wunderbar! By invitation only.
