Yad March Purim Happy Hour

Purim is on March 5 so let's have a costume party! Trust me it is super fun to walk around downtown while the sun is still shining in a costume - you fit right in. Purim is one of the most joyous and fun holidays on the Jewish calendar. It commemorates a time when the Jewish people living in Persia were saved from extermination. COSTUME CONTEST: First 30 people dressed up in legit costumes will get a free drink, compliments of YAD! Winner of the costume contest will be featured in next month's YAD newsletter! We're going to have a tzedakah box collecting money for the PJ Library, so bring cash if you want to donate: http://pjlibrary.org/. The event is free to attend. Want to hear the Megilla this Purim?
