Please join me for this special Yin Style Circling lab. We will be focused on the foundation and essence of Circling: the capacity for bringing deep presence to each other exactly as we are without attempting to fix or change each other.
Training yourself in this awareness is a powerful practice. When we learn to be present to the relationships in this way we can transform the quality of all our connections.
This event will be led by Jason W Digges. Chad Phillipsand Sara Ness will both be in attendance to lead circles.
We will have 2 full rounds of birthday circles which means that 6 of the participants will have the opportunity to be circled for 45 min. We will also have being group time and sharing so that we are all learning together.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR:
Jason Digges is a certified graduate of the Integral Center's T3 circling training and has also been on Staff for Alethia and T3 at the Integral Center. He spent 5 years working for the Integral Institute, including filming interviews with Ken Wilber, and currently trains with Circling Europe in their 6 month advanced circling training. He loves people (usually) and brings 11 years of spiritual work and studying Integral theory to the practice of Circling.
