Yoga Boot Ballet taught by Kara Lee. Yoga Booty Ballet is a dance fitness class that incorporates meditation, cardio dance, ballet toning, Kundalini and hatha yoga. YBB is made up of three main movement sections – cardio dance, ballet, and yoga. In the cardio dance section expect to get your heart pumping with some fun & sexy dance moves. Shimmy and strut, shake your hips, and work that booty! Next, in ballet, we’ll lengthen and tone our muscles while engaging our core.

Improve your posture and develop the grace of a dancer. Ballet is followed by the yoga section, in which we’ll stretch and restore all the muscles that we worked. All YBB classes begin and end with a brief meditation practice to connect your body and spirit. Ignite the fire within and unleash your inner goddess!

No prior dance experience required. Class is non-competitive and non-judgmental. Wear sneakers or dance barefoot. Bring a water bottle, sweat towel, and your yoga mat or a pool towel.
