Pair’d festival is delivering 40+ wine-led events across Margaret River’s beaches, forests, caves and vineyards

Wine tastings under the stars, acoustic gigs in ancient caves and fire feasts hosted by famous chefs – that’s just a taste of the 40 wine-led experiences on offer at Pair’d Margaret River this year. Returning to the world-renowned wine region from November 19 to 22, this award-winning four-day festival pairs Western Australia’s finest drops with a stellar lineup of global talent, including Michelin-starred chefs and Netflix royalty.
Despite only launching two years ago, Pair'd was recognised as one of the world’s top five festivals at the latest Eventex Awards, outshining almost 1,500 global entries. The 2026 four-day fiesta is set to be better than ever, featuring one-of-a-kind events that simply can’t be replicated anywhere else on Earth.
After selling out within minutes last year, Western Australian-born chef Dave Pynt of Singapore’s Michelin-starred Burnt Ends will return home for the hugely popular Burnt Ends & Friends dinner. Joining him at the flames are American barbecue pitmaster and Netflix star Rodney Scott and Hong Kong’s "King of Chicken” Matt Abergel.
Another crowd-favourite series returning for 2026 is the Wine Dinner Series, including sommelier-chef collaborations between Vasse Felix and Bonheur, Wayfinder and St. John, and De’Sendent and Sushi M. For more fun among the vines, festival-goers can sip their way through The Grand Tasting – an exclusive garden party at Howard Park Wines with unlimited wine tastings, or raise a glass to the next gen of winemakers at The New Wave Gathering.
Back for another bumper year, the Pair’d Beach Club will take over the sparkling shores of Meelup Beach for a luxe seafood feast by Noma alumni Gus Stieffenhofer-Brandson and Ben Ing. Guests can sip specialty wines with their toes in the sand as live sax and DJ beats bring the shoreline to life. Also at the Beach Club, legendary Austrian DJ duo and now winemakers, Kruder & Dorfmeister (K&D) will head Down Under for the first time in a decade to play their only Aussie gig at two exclusive sunset sessions.
For something extra, extra special, book Ngilgi Reverie – a breathtaking underground concert held within the ancient limestone chambers of Ngilgi Cave. The event features soulful acoustic and didgeridoo performances, followed by an intimate bushfood-inspired tasting experience led by the icons at Cullen Wines. Equally magical is Under the Stars – a spectacular evening hosted at Xanadu Wines that pairs a locally sourced four-course menu with exceptional estate drops, live astronomy and Indigenous storytelling.
Many events sold out within 20 minutes of launching last year, so you’ll want to get in quick. Tickets go on sale on Wednesday, July 1 at 10am AWST / 12pm AEST. You can explore the full Pair’d festival here.
