Fine art classes for kids at Arte Bar

At Arte Bar young students (ages 6 to 15) will learn the fundamentals of drawing and painting based on a wide range of two- and three-dimensional projects. They'll work with an array of materials from acrylic and watercolour paint, pen & ink, pencil, charcoal, conte and pastels. Students will create aesthetic projects from a variety of subjects. Line, shape, value, form, texture, perspective, people, animals and imagination are explored in a creative, supportive and fun environment. Art teachers encourage self-expression and foster an appreciation of art and artists. ​

Students attend one day a week and tuition is monthly (based on four classes). Students are grouped by age rather than skill level so that each student is able to reach their full potential. All skill levels are welcome, and you can join at any time (space permitting). Classes are small, with a 12-student maximum. Classes are taught in English, but teachers also speak Spanish and Catalan.

Schedule:
Mon 4pm-5.30pm, ages 6-10
Sat 11am-12.30pm, ages 8-11
Sat 3pm-4.30pm, ages 12-15
