The sistership of the prestigious French gallery, Galería Maeght occupies what was once a Renaissance palace on the elegant C/Montcada. The exterior grandeur fades inside, although the taupe paintwork and worn carpets seem appropriate for sombre Spanish greats such as Antoni Tàpies, Eduardo Arroyo and Pablo Palazuelo.
