Loop 2014: Home

Estudio Nómada is an international working, learning and exhibition complex for travelling artists. Their venue in Barcelona hosts studio spaces and an exhibition area. The group of artists established in Barcelona guides a group of art students and organises cultural events to help nomadic artists interact with the local culture. This programme is formed by screenings that are hosted in 11 venues in Barcelona and shows video art works from 10 countries selected around the theme 'Home': Home is a place, a refuge, a concept, a body, an accident, a wish, a utopia, a paradox, a prison, a memory, a sensation, a moment... The route stops at Pati Llimona (Regomir, 3), American Apparel (Avinyó, 7), Hábito (Lledó, 4) and Studio Blanco (Bajada Cazador, 4), among other spaces.
