Nativity scene at Barcelona city hall

Get into the traditional Catalan Christmas spirit with this exhibition at Barcelona city hall of nativity figures created by Catalan sculptor and ceramicist, José Maria Brull (Ascó 1907 - Ripollet 1995). Many Catalan homes set up a pessebre or nativity scene at this time of year, often adding new characters and features to it each year - Brull created traditional figurines in the style of rural Catalans. The show also gives you an excellent opportunity to see some of the city hall building, specifically the beautiful interior courtyard where the figures will be on display.
