A Tu Bola chef and owner Shira Ben Shitrit prepares five dishes that Edge Brewing head brewer Robin Barden and beer expert Stephanie Trensinger pair with five beers. Their aim is to give you a newfound knowledge of brewing and an appreciation for the art and science of food and craft beer pairing.
The micro-seasonal ingredients that elevate their dishes will be paired with the aroma and flavour components of the beer to enhance, contrast and complement each other. The flavour combinations will surprise and excite your taste buds as you're taken on a voyage of aromas, flavours and textures.
As part of the experience, you'll get a rare opportunity to explore the brewery, as your hosts show you how their beer is made and why it pairs with the food they showcase. One of the beers included will be fresh from the tank, and another, wood-aged, directly from the barrel.
