Chef Fran Monrabà, a kind of inconformist, has renovated this restaurant by introducing a non-stop kitchen of traditional intentions and determination. Classic tapas made with a touch of added imagination and well made, which, it has to be said, aren't always easy to find - recommendations include great fried squid rings, Andalusian-style, and a delicious stuffed roasted pork.
