Moe Espinoza (aka Drumcell) is a classic on the Los Angeles techno scene. He and producer Raiz founded Droid Behavior, a promoter that has taken in artists like Marcel Dettmann, Surgeon and Speedy. His debut album, 'Sleep Complex', will be released on CLR, under the direction of Chris Liebing.
