Mike Simonetti + Optmst

Mike Simonetti is the founder of one of the most interesting labels on the nu-disco scene and in the world of electronica in general, Italians Do It Better. Among others, the label has released music by Glass Candy, Jacques Renault, Invisible Conga People and, principally, Chromatics. This year he started up Pale Blue, an intriguing electronic pop project. Their album 'The Past We Leave Behind', released on the Captured Tracks label, is a pure delight.
