Halloween at Bernie's

At Bernie's diner, you'll be rewarded for your lack of ability to feel embarrassed in public. If on Halloween (Oct 31) you show up to eat while dressed in a costume, in addition to other possible prizes, you'll be invited to a Halloween cocktail on the house.
