The name of this boutique hotel comes from the fact that in the twelfth century, there was a mill in the same place that exploited the currents of the river that passes alongside. The river was also the reason for building a small textile factory there in the 19th century. But since times change, that factory was finally converted into a small, comfortable hotel with 12 double rooms and one suite, which, nevertheless, has not forgotten its industrial past. It also has a good restaurant specializing in kilometer zero products and craft beer.
